What is the perfect life for you? I know it must be very different from mine, which is different from someone else's dream ... each of us has a conception of what a perfect life is.
So this post is not meant to tell you what a perfect life is, but rather help you achieve it, whatever it is.
When I started this blog years ago I could not explain exactly why I had created it and what was my purpose with it. Deep in my heart I knew my mission, but I could not explain.
Today I have my goal clear by sitting down every day on my computer and producing posts: inspiring women to have a more beautiful life.
I have come to the conclusion that this task is not so difficult, we just have to want to. There are several excuses for not living a more beautiful life: lack of time, money, motivation, emotional support ... but today is the day to eliminate the excuses and start to build your (almost) perfect life!
Follow these simple (but powerful) steps and you will notice the change:
1. What you want (no matter what) is important
I'd like to understand why we tend to minimize our desires. As if it were not enough to feel guilty for several things in our lives, we feel guilty also for wanting.
I think this happens because we all have different desires, so if we don't see anyone on our side desiring the same, we feel "abnormal".
For example: it is normal to want a new (and expensive) purse, it is normal to want a happy traditional marriage, it is normal to want a happy non-traditional marriage ... anyway, take your dreams and fight for them!
Denying your desires will not make them disappear, it will only make you more frustrated.
2. Do more of what you like
It should not be the first time you've heard it. Which proves that this sentence is super right: you NEED to do more of what you like.
Don't think life is all about obligations. Set aside time for your hobbies and face them as a fundamental activity for your health.
3. Spend more (quality) time with who you like
That's not news either, is it?
But there is one important detail: it has to be quality time. It is not enough to be together, we must seize the moment.
Here at home, for example, we have the rule of sitting at the table for dinner EVERY NIGHT. And it's not just sitting and eating, we prepare a good dinner, set up a beautiful table, talk about our day ... because for us, it's fundamental to find time to talk.

You can find other ways to spend time with someone: get in the habit of walking in the mornings, have the rule of not using cell phones after dinner ... be creative and create habits that fit your routine!
4. Talk to yourself
This is a golden rule. It's very important that you take the time to talk to yourself and get a better understanding of yourself.
When was the last time you asked yourself what your goals were for the next few months? Do you know exactly what you want? Do you support your own decisions?
When you stop by 5 minutes to ask simple questions, your life improves considerably. Ask those who practice meditation and will tell you how this practice changed their lives.
That's because one of the biggest mistakes we make is not thinking clearly about what we want and what steps we can take to achieve what we want. The result is living like a drifting boat. If you do not know where you want to go and how to get there, you don't take any steps towards your goal.

5. Incorporate beauty into your day to day
Yes, details are important! Pay attention to what can be more beautiful in your day to day: finally finish painting that wall that bothers you, organize your wardrobe, try a new recipe ...
Every time you think about doing something to improve your life, do it! Or at least put it on your schedule to do.
The habit of setting deadlines helps you accomplish more. For example, did you see an interesting DIY you want to try but today you need to work? Immediately open your calendar and mark the next available time to do so.
And be disciplined with your own pleasures. Face it as a commitment to yourself and avoid canceling it for any nonsense.
