Haloumi, nice to meet you.
This is the second time I make a recipe with this cheese of Greek origin and I must say that it conquered us here at home.
If I had to make a comparison I would say that it is something between the feta and the muzela.
But what I like most about it is the possibility of grilling. It is very good past in the oil in the frying pan.
