It has already become a tradition in our Christmas: roast lamb with herbs!
It is a perfect dish for our date because:
- You can do in different portion sizes (from couple to more guests)
- It's pretty at the table.
- It's easy to do
- It looks chic but the ingredients are simple
But there is something that makes this dish ideal for my Christmas: I do not spend the whole day in the kitchen, hehe.
The preparation takes 15 minutes, you leave marinating for an hour, then 30minutos more of oven ... ready!
And the accompaniment is also super easy to make, but at the same time a bit different from the usual: potatoes with fennel and radishes.
Oh, and our tradition is to do at Christmas, but you can do it any day of the year, of course!
