Last week we celebrated my birthday! Ok, it was not the best celebration of all time because of the pandemic, but we did the best we could. Hubby got me a unicorn cake which was the most beautiful cake I’ve had in my life!
And for dinner he asked me what restaurant I would like to order from and my answer kinda sounded obvious: my favourite restaurant in Toronto, Vos.
I already wrote about it here. Vos is an Argentinean restaurant that serves the best meat I’ve had in Toronto so far. Ok, maybe I’m biased because Argentinian cuisine is one of my favourites. But still, if you love meat, you should definitely order from there (or go there as soon as we can go out again).
I chose to have the Ojo de bife ancho (Ribeye-Cap off-Argentinean meat) ($45) and Papas Finas al Romero (French Fries-Smoked Salt-Rosmary) ($8).
Hubby got the Bife de Chorizo (Organic New York Cut-Argentinean Imported) ($43) and the same Papas Finas al Romero.
What we love about that restaurant is the quality of the meat. Argentineans are famous for producing one of the best in the world and Vos represents its country to perfection.
I’d recommend to order from there when you want to have a great experience eating meat. You probably won’t get the most refined meal of your life from there, but I’m sure it will be one of the most memorable.
