- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 buns I used my homemade whole wheat bread
- 1 cup greens
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cajun spice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
Season the chicken thighs with cajun spice, garlic powder, and chili powder.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, cut the buns in half.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
Mix the mustard and honey together, then spread the mixture on the bun halves.
Place the greens and cherry tomatoes on the bottom half of each bun and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Once the chicken is cooked, place a piece on each bun.
